With a recreational membership you can jump into a single or get organized into a crew of two, four, five, or nine. Whatever your choice you can come and enjoy a row on the Otonabee River from 6pm to 8pm, Sunday to Friday. Recreational rowers with more experience can row Tuesday and Thursday mornings 7:30am to 9am. During these times the staff will be around for coaching or to lend a hand. You can also reserve time with staff members, or attend a scheduled rowing group.

Starting June 4th: Fridays only from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
Starting July 12th until August 20th: Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays from 6:30 pm to 8:00pm

Recrational Rowers can start rowing as early as Saturdays May 15th, 22nd and 29th as long as registration and payment is received. Practices will be from 8 AM to 10 AM.
Recreational rowers will be given the opportunity to attend a regatta near the end of the season. This is a great chance to test out your new skills and have some fun.
