High School Rowing

High School RowersThe Peterborough Rowing Club provides expertise and equipment to allow many of the local high schools to compete. Each year the schools compete at a selection of some of the most competitive high school regattas. These include, to name a few, the Welland Invitational regatta and the Canadian Secondary School Rowing Association Championships. This regatta allows athletes to compete against schools from all across Canada.

Rowing is a great way to get involved in school athletics, build your endurance and meet many new friends. If you are interested in getting involved please get in touch with the contact person for your school. They would be pleased to let you know how you can get started in rowing.
