Adult Learn-to-Row
The Adult Learn-to-Row program consists of six evenings of instruction (2 evenings/week). On the first night, you will start out on land, learning the basics of stroke technique on the ergometers (rowing machines). Successive evenings will find you on the water, progressively working up to rowing in a crew of four or eight with a coxswain (one who steers, motivates and helps the crew to row together). If, at the completion of your lessons, you decide that you want to continue to row throughout the summer, the Learn-to-Row fee can be applied to a recreational club membership. Check out the Recreation program. 6 lessons, 2 per week, 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, for three consecutive weeks,
